Este sorteo es organizado por Tu LLC Express y aplica únicamente a personas que hayan adquirido el acceso al taller en línea ofrecido por nuestra empresa.

✅ 1. Participación

  • Cada persona que pague el taller obtiene 1 participación automática.

  • El acceso al sorteo es exclusivo para clientes que hayan completado el pago antes del inicio del evento.

  • No es necesario estar presente en vivo para ser el ganador, pero sí debe cumplir los requisitos de entrega de información.

✅ 2. Premio

  • El ganador recibirá la creación completa de una LLC en Estados Unidos.

    📌 El premio solo aplica al estado específico del taller al que el participante se inscribió.
    Es decir, si el taller es de Georgia → la LLC será en Georgia.
    Si es Florida → la LLC será en Florida, etc.

  • El premio incluye:
    ✅ Registro de la LLC ante el Secretario de Estado
    ✅ Pago de la tarifa estatal correspondiente para presentar la empresa (filing fee)
    ✅ Preparación de documentos básicos (Articles of Organization o documento equivalente)

El premio NO incluye:
❌ Licencias comerciales, permisos locales o estatales
❌ Contabilidad
❌ Renovaciones anuales o servicios de agente registrado
❌ Cambios, enmiendas o correcciones futuras

✅ 3. Entrega de información del ganador

  • El ganador debe proporcionar sus datos completos el mismo día del sorteo, con un máximo de 1 hora después de ser notificado.

  • Si el ganador no envía la información en ese plazo, el premio se otorgará automáticamente al segundo participante seleccionado como reserva.

El ganador no pierde acceso al taller; solo pierde el derecho al premio.

✅ 4. Requisitos para recibir el premio

Para poder crear la LLC, el ganador debe contar con:

✅ Dirección física dentro de los Estados Unidos
✅ Pasaporte vigente, SSN o ITIN (cualquiera de los tres funciona)
✅ Ser mayor de 18 años
✅ Proveer información real y verificable

Personas viviendo fuera de EE.UU. sí pueden participar, siempre que cuenten con dirección física válida dentro de Estados Unidos y puedan proveer documentos de identidad.

✅ 5. Variaciones según el Estado

La creación de la LLC se realizará conforme a las reglas del estado escogido por el ganador.
Los tiempos de aprobación, costos y documentos requeridos pueden variar según:

  • Estado de registro

  • Si posee SSN, ITIN o solo pasaporte

  • Requisitos del agente registrado

  • Procesamiento del Secretario de Estado

✅ 6. No responsabilidad legal

Tu LLC Express no es una firma de abogados, no ofrece asesoría legal o fiscal.
El premio corresponde a un servicio administrativo y educativo.

El ganador es responsable de cualquier obligación fiscal, comercial o legal relacionada con su empresa.

✅ 7. Transparencia del sorteo

  • El sorteo se realizará públicamente durante el taller, ya sea en vivo o en grabación.

  • Se documentará el proceso de creación de la LLC, sin mostrar datos personales.

  • El ganador será contactado por email o WhatsApp.

✅ 8. Aceptación de términos

Al participar en el taller y en el sorteo, el usuario acepta las condiciones establecidas en este aviso legal, así como nuestras Políticas de Privacidad, Términos y Condiciones, y Política de Reembolsos publicadas en www.tullcexpress.com

This giveaway is organized by Tu LLC Express and applies only to individuals who have purchased access to the corresponding online workshop.

✅ 1. Participation

  • Every paid participant automatically receives 1 entry into the giveaway.

  • Participation is valid only after payment is confirmed.

  • It is not mandatory to attend live to win, but the winner must submit the required information within the established deadline.

✅ 2. Prize

The winner will receive the complete formation of an LLC in the United States, exclusively in the state corresponding to the workshop being promoted (e.g., if the workshop is for Georgia, the LLC will be formed in Georgia; if it is for Texas, the LLC will be formed in Texas, etc.)

The prize includes:

  • Filing the LLC with the Secretary of State for the corresponding state.

  • Payment of the state formation fee (filing fee).

  • Preparation of basic formation documents (Articles of Organization or equivalent).

The prize does NOT include:

  • Annual registered agent service

  • Business licenses or local permits

  • Accounting, tax, or legal services

  • Amendments or future corrections

✅ 3. Information requirement

  • The winner must submit all required information the same day of the giveaway, within a maximum of 1 hour after being notified.

  • If the winner fails to provide the information on time, the prize will be granted to the backup participant.

  • No refunds are issued if the winner loses eligibility due to lack of information.

✅ 4. Eligibility

  • Physical address within the United States

  • Valid passport, SSN, or ITIN

  • Must be 18 or older

  • Must provide real and verifiable information

Participants living outside the U.S. may join, as long as they have a valid U.S. physical address.

✅ 5. State variations

Processing times, requirements, and fees may vary by state.
Tu LLC Express has no control over approval times or decisions made by state authorities.

✅ 6. No legal responsibility

Tu LLC Express is not a law firm and does not provide legal or tax advice.
The prize is an administrative and educational service.

The winner is responsible for legal, tax, or business obligations of their company.

✅ 7. Transparency

  • The giveaway will be conducted live or recorded during the workshop.

  • The process may be shown without exposing personal information.

  • The winner will be notified by email or WhatsApp.
